PA to honor Hall of Fame inductees

On the Bicentennial Celebration on May 11, PA will induct six alumni/friend into Halls of Fame in athletics and performing arts, respectively.  

Headmaster Mr. Famulari said in an email that there will be three people honored in each category.

“We are enshrining three alumni/friends into each, and are hosting a reception to follow,” he wrote.

Former boys’ basketball coach Ed Cloe, former player and girls’ coach Rose Galligan and 50s-era baseball and basketball player Philip Good will be honored the new Hall Of Fame for Athletics.

The Performing Arts Hall of Fame will also induct current WHDH – TV news producer Jennifer Currier, pianist Emily Goulet and former music teacher Cheryl Lafond.

The Hall of Fame inductees will be presented with plaques mounted on boards outside the auditorium and the gymnasium.

The ceremony will be held at 1 p.m. Admission is free, and all are invited to attend.
